Show level descriptions
To get a better understanding of what the grades in the overview mean, you can enable level descriptions.
1. Click the gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Check Show level descriptions.
Level descriptions are summary texts that help you assess whether a job profile has been assigned a reasonable and relevant grade.
⚠️ Important: The grade is based on the total score from the job evaluation.
View information for a job profile
Click on a job profile to open the side panel. Here you will find several tabs with information:
The Insights tab
Here you can see:
Number of employees
Unadjusted pay gap
Gender distribution (%)
Gender equality clock
Pay ranges by gender
💡 Tip: Hover over the chart to see min/max salary, median and percentiles (80/20).
The Evaluation tab
Here you can see the selected factor levels and descriptions of the levels (by hovering). You can also click Edit evaluation to make adjustments.
The Positions tab
Here you can see which position titles are included in the job profile.
The Statistical Code tab
Here you can see linked statistical codes, for example AID or SSYK.
💡 Tip: When you click on a job profile, you can also edit information directly in the side panel — for example, change the job family, career path, evaluation or job cluster.
The Job Description tab
Here you can write a job description or link to external documents, for example SharePoint or Google Docs.
The Employees tab
Here you can see which employees belong to the job profile.
⚠️ Important: To move an employee to a different job profile, this is done via the tab Employees at the top.
Export Job architecture and Factor plan
You can export your job architecture and factor plan for further analysis or documentation.
1. Click the three grey dots in the top right corner.
2. Click Export.
3. Select what you want to export:
Compiliation report
Compiliation report (Only job profiles with employments)
Factor plan
Publish job architecture
To use the job architecture in the Pay equity audits, you need to publish it.
1. Click the blue Publish button.
When you publish, all changes are saved and the structure becomes available in the Pay equity audit.
⚠️ Important: You must publish the job architecture before you can start a pay equity audit based on it. If you make changes to the job architecture after a pay equity audit has been started, the changes will not take effect automatically — you will need to republish and create a new pay equity audit.
