Here you can see the various settings you can make for the job architecture. To access the job architecture settings, click on your login icon and select Settings.
In the menu, you will have different options for job architecture settings.
General
Under General, you configure the type of job architecture you are using, either Sysarb's job architecture or an external job architecture.
If you use Sysarb's job architecture, you also have the option to include the factor People in the job evaluation.
Access
Determine which roles should have access to the job architecture and what data each role should see.
Job families
Select the job families that are relevant to your organization. Here you can choose entire groups or individual job families.
Job cluster
View and administer your job clusters.
Step-by-Step Process for Clustering Job Profiles
Navigate to Job Architecture:
Log in to Sysarb and locate the Job Architecture in the menu.
Open the Job Profiles Tab:
Within the 'Job Architecture' module, click on the Job Profiles tab to access a detailed view of existing profiles.
Assign Job Clusters:
In the job profiles table, find the column or field labeled 'Job Clusters.'
For each job profile, click the field in this column to assign the desired cluster. Clusters typically represent levels, roles, or other organizational categories.
Repeat for Relevant Profiles:
Continue assigning clusters to all applicable profiles by following the above steps.

Definition of Job Clustering: Job clustering refers to grouping job profiles into shared categories (e.g., levels, functions). This is useful for streamlined salary analysis and organizational clarity.
Permissions Required: Ensure you have the appropriate permissions to modify job profiles in Sysarb. Contact your administrator if needed.
Consistency: For optimal structure, ensure all clusters are used consistently within your organization.
