This guide describes how to set up and configure your Job architecture in Sysarb.
Set up a Job architecture
1. Click the blue Get started button.
2. Click Create in Sysarb.
Job Architecture Copilot notifications
The system can alert you to changes in data between salary files. If an employee's information has changed since the last import, you will receive a notification.
This is how it works:
Under Commonly watched fields, select which fields the system should track
Under Other fields, there are more options to monitor
💡 Tip: The most common field to watch is position title.
Example: If an employee changes their position title from HR Generalist to HR Manager, you can choose whether to:
keep the job title in the current job profile
move the job title to a different job profile
create a new job profile
3. Click Continue.
Create job profiles
4. Choose how you want to create your job profiles.
⚠️ Important: It is the job profiles that are job valued.
If you create job profiles manually, you need to map employees yourself
If you create job profiles based on position title, employees are connected automatically
💡 Tip: The most common approach is to create job profiles based on job title.
