This guide describes how to set up your external job architecture.

This guide is for those who have already created a job architecture outside of Sysarb’s system and want to import the data for an overview in Sysarb. All information you want to see in the Job Architecture needs to be imported into the system.

  • When you start the Job Architecture for the first time, you will have the option to choose between Sysarb’s job architecture and an external job architecture.
After selecting external job architecture, click Continue.

  • If you already have imported data for job profiles, job levels, and more, you will be taken directly to your job architecture page.

If you haven't imported the necessary data, you will be redirected to a page showing which data needs to be imported.
    Click Import Data.

The data you can import includes:
    - Local Job Profile
    - Local Job Profile Level
    - Local Job Code
    - Local Sub-Family
    - Local Job Family
    - Local Career Band

  • Follow this guide to understand the import process and how to retrieve a salary file template:

  • After importing data and navigating back to Job Architecture, an information page will appear regarding the approval of new grades. Click Manage Grades.

  • In the Manage Grades tab under Job Architecture in the system settings, you can review and approve the grades by clicking Save.

  • Once your new grades have been saved, the setup is complete, and you can return to Job Architecture to view an Overview of your job architecture.

Overview

  • The first thing you will see is an overview of your job architecture, displaying the entire structure. Here, all your job families are shown, along with their assigned levels.

  • By clicking on a job profile, you can access detailed information, such as evaluation, salary range, employees, and the option to generate or manually add a job description.

Pay Range

  • To add pay ranges to job profiles, click Pay Range at the top of the page. Hover over the empty row or the min/max amount and enter the new value.

If you want to add countries, click Add Country in the top right corner.
