In this guide, we will show you how to set up your job architecture.

If you have already purchased Sysarb's first version of our job architecture in Excel, which we released in 2021, you have the option to migrate this structure to Sysarb's digital tool for job architecture.

If you have purchased Sysarb's job architecture with valuation for municipalities and regions, the job architecture will be set up in collaboration with a consultant.

Click on the blue Get Started button.

Choose which changes to employment should notify you that they require your attention for review and potential updates.

You will now create your job profiles. Choose the option that suits you best and create your job profiles, or alternatively, create your job profiles manually.

Your job architecture is now created, and you can begin working.
