This guide describes how to add Pay ranges per Grade in the job architecture.

In this step, you can add Pay ranges per Grade. The ranges are then displayed on each job profile in the overview.

1. Click the row for Min or Max for the Grade you want to edit.

2. Enter the desired value under both Min and Max.

3. The range is now displayed on each job profile in the Overview that has the level you entered the range for.

💡 Tip: If you operate in multiple countries, you can add a Country to create country-specific pay ranges and sort by country. Click on the grey button Add country in the top right corner to add a new country.
