The purpose of this guide is to help you as a manager navigate and understand the Start page in Sysarb. The Start page is your central entry point to the platform - here you get a quick overview of your ongoing activities, important insights about your organization, and easy access to your employees.
Navigation to the Start page
When you log in to the system, you land directly on the Home page. You can come back here at any time by clicking Start page with the house icon at the top of the menu on the left.
Ongoing activities
Under the section Ongoing activities you see a collected list of all ongoing activities you have to handle right now - for example Assessments, Salary reviews, Discussions and Targets.
Each card shows:
The name of the activity
The type of activity
Due date
Click Open on the relevant card to go straight into the activity and continue working there.
Insights
In the Insights section you get a quick overview of key figures linked to your organization and your unit.
Your organization: Here you see overall measures for the entire organization - for example Pay gap Mean and Median, the share of those Receiving variable pay split between women and men, and Variable pay gap, Mean and Median.
Your unit: Here you see measures for your unit specifically - the number of employees as well as the split between women and men.
Your employees
On the right side of the page you'll find the section Your employees with a list of the employees who report to you. Each employee is shown with name and job title.
Click an employee in the list to open their personal view - this is the same view the employee sees when they log in themselves, which is why the headings are written in second person.
All the information you need to follow that particular employee is gathered here.
Here you see:
Employment details: Under Your employment you see the employee's Total salary, Job profile and Unit.
Ongoing activities: A list of the employee's ongoing activities so you can quickly see what's in progress and click through to the relevant activity via Open.
Your activities: On the right side of the page there are three tabs that gather the employee's activities by category:
Discussions: Shows all discussions with the employee, grouped by year, with title, status and end date.
Targets: Shows the employee's targets, grouped by year, with title, due date and status.
You can add a new target directly here via the New target button, as well as edit or delete existing targets via the icons on the relevant target card.Assessments: Shows the employee's assessments, grouped by year, with title and status. Click on a card to expand it and see more details.
💡Tip: Use the search field to quickly find a specific activity in the list.
