How to retrieve the employee report as an administrator

Here we explain how you, as an administrator, can generate an employee report containing the information required under the EU Pay Transparency Directive’s provisions on the right to information.

This feature is included in our Structure, Analyze, and Involve packages.

You can configure which data should be included in the report under Settings.


Go to the Employee Management tab.

Search for the employee you want to retrieve the information for and click on their profile.

In the top right corner, you will be able to export the employee report.
