Homepage

When you log in as a manager, you’ll land directly on your unit’s homepage. Here, you get a quick overview of your team as well as key statistics about your unit and the organization. The dashboard brings all relevant information together in one place, making it easy to monitor and follow up on your team.

Tip: The home icon will always take you back to the homepage.

Insights

In the Insights section on the homepage, you’ll find valuable statistics and visualizations for both your unit and the organization as a whole. It provides a clear picture of salary structure, pay equity, and staff distribution, allowing you to quickly get an overview of your unit and see how it compares to the organization overall.

The insights include, among other things:

  • Salary structure: pay gaps, variable pay gaps, and salary quartiles

  • Number of employees: total number of employees reporting directly to you

  • Gender distribution: proportion of men, women, and unspecified gender in the unit

  • Job structure: job profiles and levels for your employees

Employee List

On the right side of the page, you’ll find a list of all your employees.

Click on an employee’s name to open their profile page. Here, as a manager, you’ll get a complete overview of the employee, including:

  • Job profile and level: job description, unit, and position within the organization

  • Salary: total salary and salary components

  • Salary range and pay gap: how the employee’s salary compares to the range and any differences

  • Comparisons: average total pay levels for the same job profile and level

Report

You can export all employee information as a PDF, including all relevant sections, charts, and statistics, by clicking the “Export” button at the top right of the employee page. You can choose between hourly, monthly, or yearly salaries to provide the appropriate context.

Using the PDF Report:

  • Requested extracts: quickly provide information when needed

  • Development discussions: support for one-on-one conversations

  • Salary and promotion discussions: documentation of salary and career decisions

  • Archiving: keep employee information organized and preserved
