As an administrator, you can start a new pay equity audit in Sysarb. This guide explains how to proceed.
Follow this guide if you need to import new data before creating your pay equity audit.
Before starting a new audit, we recommend reviewing active employment records in employee management. The current employments will be included in the import of employments for your new pay equity audit. When importing the file, you can choose to deactivate all employments that are not in the file to have a clean employee management.
