The first section focuses on your role, its complexity, and how your salary compares to others in similar roles.
At the top, you can choose how to display your salary: hourly, monthly, or yearly.
Here you can see:
Job Profile: A group of roles with similar tasks. Your job profile describes the type of work you do.
Grade: Shows the complexity of your role. A higher grade indicates greater responsibility and complexity.
Pay Range: The range set by the organization for your grade, the group’s average salary, and how your salary compares within this range.
If different countries exist within the organization, this is calculated for your country.
Job Description: Describes the responsibilities, qualifications, and expectations associated with your job profile.
Average Salary and Pay Gap - Job Profile: Shows the average salary for women and men within the same job profile, as well as the pay gap.
If different countries and legal entities exist, this is calculated per your country and legal entity.
Average Salary and Pay Gap - Level: Shows the average salary for women and men within the same level, as well as the pay gap.
If different countries and legal entities exist, this is calculated per your country and legal entity.

The second section provides an overview of pay differences between women and men, both within your job profile and across the organization.

Pay Quartiles: All salaries are ranked from highest to lowest and divided into four equal groups to show how women and men are distributed across different salary levels within the organization.

The third section focuses on your total compensation and how your salary has developed over time.
Here you can see:
Your Total Salary: The sum of your base salary and all salary components, such as allowances, overtime, and benefits.
Your Career: A chart showing your salary development over time, with salary on the Y-axis and years on the X-axis.
