Introduction
Sysarb’s Global Overview dashboard gives HR professionals and administrators a consolidated view of pay gaps and pay equity compliance across all of the countries in your organization.
From a single page, you can see where your organisation stands in relation to legal requirements, identify countries that need attention and drill down into demographic and pay gap details for each country or legal entity.
A clear, colour-coded world map briefly summarizes pay gaps and interactive widgets help you monitor compliance and prioritise your actions.
Note: Legal entity–specific data is only available if your administrator has enabled the feature and loaded separate data for each entity.
Accessing the Global Overview
Access the Global Overview from your Sysarb administrator dashboard by logging into Sysarb. The Global Overview page opens with a welcome message and the dashboard widgets.
At the top‑right of the page are a Legal entity and a Salary type dropdown. Choose All in the legal entity dropdown to view aggregated data across your organization or select a specific legal entity (if this feature is enabled) to filter all data on the page for that entity. When a legal entity is selected, the map, compliance index and country table update to reflect only that entity’s data.
The page only shows employees with one salary type at a time. You can select which filter type you want to filter on in the salary type dropdown.
Note: You’re only able to see the global dashboard if you have imported employees from multiple countries. If you only have employees in one country you’re instead welcomed to the Country overview.
Using the Global Map
The Global map in the upper-left of the Global Overview visualises the unadjusted pay gap for each country. Countries are coloured according to the size of the gap:
Colour | Range | Meaning |
Grey | No data | No pay‑gap data has been imported for that country. |
Light peach | 0–5 % | The pay gap is within tolerance; still monitor it. |
Orange | 5–10 % | The pay gap is moderate and may require action. |
Pink | 10–15 % | The pay gap is substantial and should be investigated. |
Red | 15–20 % | The pay gap is high and typically indicates non‑compliance. |
Dark red | ≥20 % | The pay gap is very high and requires immediate action. |
When you hover or click on a coloured country, a small tooltip appears showing the country’s name and its unadjusted pay gap. This pop‑up lets you check the data before navigating further.
Click the highlighted area to open that country’s Country overview page. Countries with no data remain grey and cannot be clicked and if you only have one country within you organzation, you will be taken directly to that country’s overview.
Tracking Compliance
Compliance Index Widget
On the right‑hand side of the Global Overview, the Compliance index widget summarises how many countries meet legal pay‑gap requirements according to EU Pay Transparency.
· Percentage of compliance – shows the share of countries that have completed the required pay equity audits (0 % countries have been completed in the example) and a qualitative rating (e.g., Needs improvement).
· Progress bar – a horizontal bar visualises progress toward 100 % compliance.
· Countries you need to focus on – a table listing countries that require attention, their current pay equity audit status(e.g., Not started, Ongoing, Completed) and their unadjusted pay gap.Click on a country’s row to jump straight to its Country overview page. Use this list to prioritise countries with the largest gaps or the most urgent deadlines.
Analyzing Countries
Country Table
Below the map is a Country table summarising key metrics for each country. The columns include:
· Country – the country name.
· Employees – number of employees in the country.
· Women ratio – percentage of employees who are women.
· Unadjusted pay gap – mean unadjusted pay gap for total salary.
· Grades over baseline – number of pay grades with employees above the baseline.
· Audit status – whether the country’s pay‑gap audit has been Not started, Ongoing or Completed.
You can sort the table by clicking a column header. An up arrow indicates ascending sort and a down arrow indicates descending sort. Sorting helps you quickly identify, for example, which countries have the highest pay gaps or largest headcounts.
Each row ends with an arrow. Click this arrow to open the Country overview for that country (optionally filtered for a specific legal entity if you selected one in the drop‑down).
