The fact that some female-dominated jobs (where at least 60% of employees are women) do not appear under the Analysis β Comparative Jobs tab is a positive thing.
The list of female-dominated jobs only includes roles that:
Have the same or higher job evaluation than a non-female-dominated job
Still have a lower mean salary
If a female-dominated job is equally or more highly valued but has a lower salary, this needs to be analyzed. The goal is to ensure that salary determination is not influenced by gender.
