The fact that the value of women's wages divided by men's wages is within one percent of 100 is of course positive, but this value is no guarantee that discrimination on the grounds of sex does not occur. It is always important to take a good look at the plotter charts that are displayed to ensure that women and men are treated equally.

The picture below shows an example where Salary% (K / M) is 97,4%, but the plotter diagram still shows that a woman stands out somewhat in a non-advantageous way.
