In connection with the analysis of Comparative jobs, you will quickly discover that the same non-female-dominated job is compared with several different female-dominated jobs. This is because the non-female-dominated job has a higher salary than the female-dominated, even though it is valued equally or lower.

In order to easily obtain a list of which non-female-dominated jobs need to be analyzed in connection with the analysis of Comparative jobs, we recommend that you remove the report compilation from the system and then, in excel, create a list.

Do this:

  1. Go to the report tab

  2. Open the compilation and go to the magazine Analyse, Comparative jobs

  3. Copy column B (comparison jobs) and add a new sheet

  4. Paste the list of comparison jobs and then click on delete duplicates (the function for this can be found under the heading data)

The list you now have in front of you shows the non-female-dominated jobs that have a higher salary than at least one female-dominated job that is equal or higher valued.
