There are a number of selections you can make regarding the analyzes in the pay equity audit. These settings can be found in the equal pay's first tab overview.
When selecting the filter below x people function, you can specify the desired size of the employees included in the group. Groups smaller than the specified number will not be included in the list for analysis in any of the analysis tabs.
In the filter below x % unadjusted pay gap function, you can specify the minimum ratio you want to analyze. In the analysis tab, both the equal jobs and the valuation boxes, the pay gaps within the jobs are hidden. In the comparative jobs analysis tab, the difference between female-dominated jobs and comparison jobs smaller than the ratio is hidden.
The hide single-gender groups is a function that hides groups consisting exclusively of men or women in the analysis of equal jobs.
