According to legal requirements, in the pay equity analysis, you should also analyze jobs in the organization that are typically female-dominated but are not this year due to various reasons.
The Sysarb system includes jobs that have 60% or more women in the pay equity analysis. This guide shows you how to choose to include a different job.
In the equal pay audit, go to the Organize tab and select Group.
On the right side of the page, you will have a menu where you can click to open a list of all jobs.
Search for the job you want to handle as female-dominated and click on the edit button.
Check the box for "Treat work as female dominated."
Done! The job will now appear in comparative jobs, provided there are other jobs to compare it to.
