The guide shows how an administrator can enter benchmark data on a salary chart and compare against different jobs.

You can either enter benchmark data manually for each job or you can read in multiple jobs using a file.

One work at a time:

Go to the current pay equity audit.

Go to organize - group.

Press the blue arrow to the right.

Select a job under all jobs and press on the edit icon.

Enter under Benchmark: Upper, Middle and Lower values.

Several jobs:

Go to the current pay equity audit.

Go to organize - group.

Press the blue arrow to the right.

Export all jobs on the icon next to the search box:

Enter the benchmark data, including lower, middle and upper values in the excel document and save as CSV UTF-8

Import benchmark data on the icon next to the search box.

To compare your jobs against the benchmark, you go to the analyze tab and select the job you want to compare:

Above the diagram, press the gear icon within settings and toggle hide/show under benchmark.

Then red dotted lines appear in the diagram that you can compare with:
