Only for Swedish personal identification numbers
To log in with BankID, a Swedish personal identity number must be registered for the user. The administrator can do this on the employees Account tab.
If you want the option to log in with either Username and Password or Swedish social security number, follow these steps:
Go to Employee Management and select the employee for whom the personal identity number should be registered.
Under the Account tab, in the Swedish BankID section, enter the social security number.
Further down, you can select the login type – click on BankID + Password.
If you want to enable all employees with active accounts to log in with BankID, the administrator can retrieve all personal identity numbers. Do this by following these steps:
Go to Settings in the system. You can find Settings at the bottom left by clicking on your login icon.
Under the System – Security tab, scroll down to the BankID Login section.
Copy personal identity numbers from employees to users by clicking Copy.
Done!
You can also choose to use BankID as the default login method. To enable this, follow these steps:
Go to Settings in the system. You can find Settings at the bottom left by clicking on your login icon.
Under the System – Security tab, scroll down to the BankID Login section.
