In this guide, we will go through how you, as a manager, prepare, initiate, and conduct conversations in the system, from start to finish.
Log in to the system.
Based on the start view, in the list of "All employees", select the employee whose One to One you want to prepare.
You get an employee view. In this view, you can manage all processes around the employee.
Click on the current One to One. There, your local administrator has prepared a number of questions as a basis for your One to One with the employee.
Prepare the One to One
Send One to One invitation. There you have the opportunity to add / change the invitation text before sending it to employees. You also have the opportunity to fill in the last response date for the employee to answer the questions before the meeting time.
If you want to add your own questions, you need to do so before sending the One to One to your employee.
By following the status of the One to One, you will be able to easily follow the process. From start and dispatch of documentation to a completed, approved and archived interview.
Review the questions to be sent out to the employee.
If you, as a manager, want to add your own questions to an already completed documentation, do so at the bottom of the page.
Prepare the One to One by making a note in the box named after you. You will also use the same box during the actual One to One.
The notes / comments are saved continuously, hence there is no "save button".
If the response is not saved due to, for example, a poor connection or similar issues, you will receive a warning.
Make the call
When you have finished your preparations, you can sit down in the One to One with your employee. Hen has now also had time to prepare his notes for the conversation.
Once the employee has submitted their notes prior to the One to One, it is collected in this view and is available as support at the time of the One to One.
You as a manager can also start your own One to One, follow this link to read the guide on this.
During the One to One, you can choose to create a goal, you as the manager write it in your view, but will be saved in the common notes.
The goals that are entered will be available on the employee's view and when it's time for the salary review and the salary interview.
When the One to One is finished and completed, you choose to approve the One to One. Once both parties have approved the One to One, the One to One can be archived.
All notes regarding the approval are saved.
You're done! You can now continue with the next employee.
