This guide explains and describes the functions available to simplify and facilitate the salary setting for a group of employees.
Choose salary review
Click on "Salary set" in your left-hand menu and then select your current salary review.
The salary review view
This is an example of what a view for your managers when setting new salaries can look like.
Salary range
At the top left of the view, you can see how much you have left to allocate based on your salary range, which automatically decreases as you set salaries for your employees.
Filter and Group, Manage List View
Filtering - To make Sysarb a tool tailored to your needs, you can manage your list of employees based on the filter function. Depending on your salary-setting approach, you can shape your view as you wish.
Click on the headers next to the "Filter icon" to choose the filters you desire.
To remove a filter, simply click on the cross for the selected filter.
Grouping - When you start working in the view, you'll notice that your employees are grouped based on your performance assessments. This is the default grouping when you enter the system. You can change the grouping to the right in the list view.
Choose between removing the grouping or selecting the grouping that suits you best. If you don't want any grouping, select "None" from the list.
Setting Individual Employee Salaries
To set salaries for the employees, you use the list view in the salary review. Filter and sort the list as you prefer, and then start giving increments for the employee under the "Salary Increase" section.
Enter the new salary, check a new box, or press Enter, and observe how the new total salary updates instantly in the system
Click on the "Salary Increase" header to review the percentage increase.
Mark as Completed
When you're done with setting the salary for your employee, click in the checkbox under the last column. Your employee's salary increase box will then turn gray and non-editable, meaning it's locked. Additionally, your local administrators will see that your salary review is complete.
Of course, you can mark all employments as completed simultaneously by using the header above the list.
If you change your mind or want to make any adjustments, you can simply uncheck the "done" box, and the employee's information becomes editable again.
Once the "done" marking is made, you must actively choose to send out the new salaries for the employee to be able to view them. This feature will only be visible when your local administrator has chosen to activate the "send out new salaries" option.
