In this guide, we will describe how you, as an employee, can conduct your own self-assessment. We will explain how your self-assessment is used in discussions with your salary-setting manager.
If it's your first time using the system, you will log in through a link that has been sent to your email.
Log in to the system
Log in to the system, at the bottom of the page you will find the organization's prepared salary criteria.
Self-Assessment
In the list of criteria, you will also find fields to fill in your own self-assessment. This means assessing your own performance based on the established criteria.
β
In the box labeled "Assessment Assistance," you will find explanations and descriptions of the criteria and help text for each assessment level.
Click on "Assessment Assistance" to expand a description on the right side. You can refer to this description for support throughout the entire assessment/self-assessment process.
Select from the list of levels, assess yourself.
Finish mark
When you have finished estimating, check the "Mark as done" box.
This means that you agree for your self-assessment to be visible to your manager. However, the assessment will only be visible once your manager approves and shares their evaluation of your performance. In other words, when both parties have approved their assessment/self-assessment, both parties have the right to view each other's assessment documentation.
