In this guide, we go through how you can quickly and easily review the performance of your entire group. In this way, you as a manager can prepare for the salary one to one meetings and the salary review.

Performance review for the whole group
Click Performance review in the left column. In this view, you can assess the performance of all your employees in a quick and easy way.
Review
Access your assessment by clicking on assessment in your menu.
You do your review on your employees by clicking on the review level that matches the employee's performance.
Filter / Group
You can customize your view to your group. Group in the list, or select different filters. If you want to remove a filter, simply click on the cross.
Assessment Help
When reviewing, you have access to an assessment help. It is a description of the criteria that you and your employee must assess from the outside. This help text is entered by the system administrators and is available to both you and your employee.
Click on the icon for assessment help and the documentation is available to the right in the picture.
Click on the icon "Assessment Help" and choose the criteria that you want to read more about.
Done
When you have finished your review, you can choose to done mark one or more reviews.
Done mark = This means that you show your review as complete. So when your employee is also finished (ready), your reviews are shown to each other. That is, only when both parties have done marked each other's review / self-review is shown in the respective views.
You can also choose to review each employee individually by clicking on a employees name in the overview menu.
